The elevator didn't work during my stay, forcing us to take the stairs every time we needed to go up or down. Toilet issues popped up, too, which added to the hassle without any offer for compensation or even an apology.

The Wi-Fi worked great for them, which is a major win. The place has a cozy vibe that made us feel at home.
